This can happen for different reasons:
- You do not have an Internet connection. Please check that you have WiFi connection or data plan connectivity activated.
- You have not entered a method of payment. Please access the "Configuration" menu to add a valid means of payment.
- The votive lamp you have chosen has no candles available at the moment. Don't worry; you don't have to do anything. As soon as a candle is available, we will light it and you will be notified. At that point, the Luzea home screen will also show you a lit candle.
