Your donation may have been declined for various reasons:
- You do not have enough funds to cover the donation.
- The card details are incorrect. It may be due to an error or the card selected as method of payment may have expired. You can check and update the details of your payment method in "Settings" by selecting "Payment methods".
- Your bank has rejected the card used to send the donation. For more information, contact your bank or card issuer.
- Our internal security system has rejected the donation. In order to offer one of the safest donation services on the Internet, our internal security system reviews each payment before approving it. Sometimes we must cancel a donation. It is a system similar to that used by most banks and credit card issuers. When a donation is canceled, it is not due to you or your account activities, but rather to our having observed a pattern associated with higher than normal risk.
In this case, we recommend that you try to make the donation using another source of funds.
